Return Policy

We have a 5-day return policy for damaged items, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to report any damage in order to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be damaged upon delivery, and

  • The damage must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving the item.

  • The book must be unread, with tags and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

To initiate a return, please contact us at avocadopublications@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the damage

  • Photos clearly showing the damage

Returns must be approved before they are sent. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a replacement copy if approved. Please note that availability of replacement stock may vary.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you believe the item is damaged, contact us immediately—within 5 days—so we can assess the issue and determine next steps.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Books that are not damaged

  • Orders reported after 5 days of delivery

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Any item not in its original packaging or condition
